You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

We will refund your payment (including the original shipping costs) within 14 days after your withdrawal notification, provided that we have received the returned item or proof of shipment has been supplied.

Returns are free of charge.
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with instructions and a return label where applicable.

🔁 Condition of Returned Items

Please handle the product with care during the return period.

Items should be returned, as far as reasonably possible, in saleable condition, including the original packaging and labels.

If a product is damaged or used beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may deduct any loss in value from the refund.

All Iron & Oak bracelets are covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
