These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Iron & Oak Amsterdam and to all agreements concluded between Iron & Oak Amsterdam and the consumer.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
Product descriptions, images, and prices are presented with the greatest possible care.
Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind Iron & Oak Amsterdam.
All offers are valid while stocks last.
An agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and completes the payment successfully.
Iron & Oak Amsterdam will confirm the order by email immediately after the purchase is completed.
All prices include VAT where applicable.
Any shipping costs will be clearly stated before checkout.
Payment must be completed at the time of ordering using one of the available payment methods.
Iron & Oak Amsterdam reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or other irregularities.
Orders are shipped within the indicated timeframe after payment has been received.
If delivery is delayed or a product is out of stock, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered.
Consumers within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days starting on the day the consumer (or a third party other than the carrier) receives the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify us within this period via:

The customer may also use the model withdrawal form available on the website.
After submitting the withdrawal request, the customer has 14 additional days to return the product.
Products should be returned, as far as reasonably possible, in their original condition and packaging.
The consumer must handle the product with care during the withdrawal period.
If a product or its packaging is used or damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect it, Iron & Oak Amsterdam may deduct a depreciation from the refund.
Returned items should be properly packaged and protected during shipping.
Iron & Oak Amsterdam will refund all payments including the original shipping costs within 14 days after the withdrawal notification, provided that the returned products have been received or proof of shipment has been supplied.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Returns are free of charge.
Iron & Oak Amsterdam will provide instructions and, where applicable, a return label after the return request has been submitted.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened
All products are covered by the legal European conformity guarantee, which ensures that products must function as reasonably expected.
In addition, Iron & Oak Amsterdam offers a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all bracelets.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
• Improper use
• Negligence
• Accidents
• Normal wear and tear

In addition to the legal 14-day withdrawal period, Iron & Oak Amsterdam offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
Within this period, customers may return items free of charge, provided they are returned in saleable condition.
All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
